Mass of the substance remains constant. It is the multiplication of density and volume that will remain unchanged in the whole universe. So mass of the object will remain 5 kg anywhere in the universe. Weight has meaning only when an object having a specific mass is placed in an acceleration field, such as the gravitational field .

Weight = Mass × Acceleration 

Acceleration due to gravity on the earth's surface :

Weight = mg

49N = 5 × g

5g = 49

g = 9.8 m/s²

Acceleration on the moon :

1/6 × 9.8 = 1.6333 m/s²

The weight on the moon:

5 × 1.6333 = 8.1665N

Answer is 5kg and 8.17 N
